LOUNGE HIRE
For those groups who would like an exclusive room to hold a special event, meeting or party, why not hire one of our comfortable lounges during a public sailing - an ideal way to have an intimate event and still enjoy a great day out.
WAVERLEY
Caledonia Tea Room
The Caledonia Tea Room can hold up to
45 guests. Located on the
Promenade Deck, it boasts windows down either
side of the room. Minimum number of guests
required to hire this lounge is 25. Charge to
hire lounge area is £75 per hour. This lounge can
be staffed at an extra charge and tea, coffee and
snacks can be made available.
Observation lounge
Accommodating 25 guests, this lounge is located on the promenade deck and boasts windows all around making it an ideal viewing platform. Minimum number of guests required to hire this Lounge is 20. Charge to hire lounge area is £75 per hour. This lounge is unmanned and has no catering outlet.
Lower Bar
The Lower Bar can hold up to 65 guests for a reception. It is located just below the main deck and features a fully stocked bar. Minimum number of guests required to hire this lounge is 45. Charge to hire lounge area is £150 per hour. A crew member is provided in this lounge.
Due to volume of passengers carried we are unable to offer private lounge hire on Saturdays and summer Evening Showboat Cruises on Waverley.
Please note, lounge hire must be taken from Waverley or Balmoral's first sailing port.
BALMORAL
Lower Bar
The Lower Bar, designed in 1930's Art Deco style, can comfortably accommodate 100 people. The bar is fully stocked with wines, spirits, draught & bottled beers. Minimum

Is 50. Charge to hire lounge area is £150
per hour. A crew member is provided in this lounge.
