Enjoy the Ultimate Steam Day Out! Combine a cruise on Paddle Steamer Waverley with a visit to the Brecon Mountain Railway. Cruise across to Penarth where an inclusive coach will pick you up for travel to Pant Station in the Brecon Mountains. There will also be time in Penarth before rejoining Waverley for the cruise back to Weston.

Take the inclusive coach from Penarth Pier to Pant Station for a delightful trip on the Brecon Mountain Railway. The line runs from Pant, 3 miles North of Merthyr Tydfil, to Torpantau following part of the route of the original Brecon & Merthyr Railway which closed in 1964. You will travel in observation carriages, behind a vintage Steam Locomotive. The journey takes you into the Brecon Beacons National Park, through Pontsticill and along the full length of the Taf Fechan Reservior before climbing to Torpan
