Cardiff bus routes 92/93/94 from Cardiff to Penarth Town Centre, allow 15 minutes walk, steep climb on return. Car parking: Cliff Parade CF64 5BL, 20 minutes walk to pier. Also limited "on street" parking on Marine Parade etc.
