Tickets are now on sale for all of Waverley’s 2025 Glasgow and Clyde Coast, Oban & Inner Hebrides, North Wales & the Mersey, and Bristol Channel & South West Wales sailings.
Waverley starts sailing on Friday 16th May on the Clyde before she sets course for Oban and the Inner Hebrides from Monday 19th May to Tuesday 27th May. For only 4 days Waverley will operate in North Wales and on the Mersey from Thursday 29th May to Sunday 1st June.
From Monday 2nd to Wednesday 25th June Waverley will operate on the Bristol Channel and from South West Wales. Tickets for these sailings are now available to book. Check out our timetables page and view the outline dates for each sailing area in 2025.
Waverley’s 2025 South West, South Coast & Isle of Wight, and London & Thames Estuary sailings will be released in the coming weeks. Make sure you are signed up to receive our e-newsletters and be the first to hear when we release the 2025 area-by-area sailing programmes.
As a charity our primary aim is to maintain and operate Waverley for public benefit by offering a wide range of cruises on a living and working steam heritage attraction of national and international significance.
Maintaining a seagoing paddle steamer in full operation relies on donations, as well as fares, catering and shop sales income. During the 2024-25 winter period it is expected that well over £1 million will be spent directly on Waverley to maintain her and prepare for another full season of sailings.
We are exceptionally grateful to everyone who supports our efforts to keep Waverley sailing – without you a vital piece of our proud maritime, engineering and social heritage would have been lost forever.
