Treat a loved one, friend or a Waverley supporter and let them choose a day, afternoon or evening cruise on Waverley. Vouchers are presented in a Waverley Gift Card – Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10, £20 & £50, and can be redeemed against any sailing or used onboard Waverley at the bars, restaurant & souvenir shop.
Terms & Conditions of your Gift Voucher purchase:
- Vouchers may be exchanged for sailing tickets, or used aboard Waverley in the bars, restaurant and shop.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No change will be given. You can order a mixture of denominations to suit your requirements.
- Each Voucher can only be redeemed in one transaction.
- Damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged.
- Only original vouchers will be accepted.
- No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
- Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, no vouchers will be accepted after the expiry date indicated.
- No refunds can be given in respect of unused gift vouchers.
To redeem vouchers, please send to Waverley Excursions Ltd, 36 Lancefield Quay, Glasgow, G3 8HA or exchange vouchers on board Waverley. Details of trips can be found on our website when the timetable has been publsihed.
If a customer were to book tickets for a cruise using Gift Voucher(s) and the sailing were to be cancelled replacement Gift Vouchers will be issued. No cash refunds are given in respect of cancelled sailings were tickets were booked with Gift Vouchers.
