Paddle Steamer Waverley has been nominated as Glasgow’s Favourite Business 2024 by the Glasgow Business Awards! We’re absolutely delighted to be recognised and need your support to help us win.

Glasgow has been Waverley’s home port since she was built in the city and launched almost 78 years ago. No matter where in the UK she may paddle Waverley is a proud ambassador for the city with “Glasgow” proudly displayed on her stern.

Since being sold for £1 and preserved 50 years ago Waverley has served the city of Glasgow with distinction offering locals and visitors the opportunity to sail “Doon the Watter” to the beautiful Clyde Coast.

We take great pride in knowing we have helped create so many special moments and memories over the years and that’s why we believe we would be perfect for this award! Voting closes noon on Friday 30th August, the winner will be revealed on 3rd October.
