Waverley’s sailing on Tuesday 5th August has been amended due to the forecast strength and direction of winds. Given the direction of wind is forecast to be North Westerly this prevents Waverley using Largs pier. Coaches will be provided to convey Largs passengers to Greenock to join Waverley. Unfortunately given the need to retime the sailing Waverley will not be able to sail from Tarbert.

Waverley will sail from Glasgow Science Centre (1045), Greenock (1230), Rothesay (1400) and Tighnabruiach (1450) for a cruise on Loch Fyne. Waverley will return to Tighnabruaich at 1715, Rothesay at 1815 and Greenock at 1935.

Coaches will depart from Largs at 1145 to connect with Waverley at Greenock and return to Largs at 2015.

A coach connection will depart from Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station Stance 23 (Parks of Hamilton coach) at 1015 to convey passengers to the Science Centre. The coach will return passengers from Greenock back to Buchanan Bus Station at 2030. This coach connection should be booked in advance.
