Due to fresh North Easterly winds, we have taken the decision to amend this sailing to be certain of passengers being able to board. Both Southwold and Clacton piers are exposed to the wind direction and strength being forecast and therefore Waverley would be unable to berth.

Coaches will transfer Southwold passengers to Ipswich to join Waverley. Coaches will leave Southwold Pier between 09:45am and 10am.

The Great Yarmouth coach will operate from Nelson Road Car Park, Nelson Road North at 8:45am and also take passengers to Ipswich.

Coaches will transfer Clacton passengers to Southend Pier to join Waverley. Coaches will depart from Marine Parade W at the bus stops opposite the Premier Inn, they will depart at 1:15pm.

Waverley will sail from Ipswich cruising down the River Orwell and on to berth at Southend Pier at 4pm. She will then steam up the River Thames to London as advertised.
