Given this evening’s (Tuesday 10th Sept) poor weather forecast with strong winds Waverley will take shelter in the Solent and therefore not be able to berth overnight in Poole as planned. We have therefore amended Wednesday’s sailing which will now start from Swanage rather than Poole.

A shuttle bus (Xelabus) will operate from Poole to Swanage from the Bus Stop directly outside Pavers Shoe Shop on Old Orchard Road, Poole, BH15 1HJ (Just off the Quay before the round about) to connect with Waverley. The shuttle buses will depart at 10am. We do apologise for this late alteration to the planned sailing but this has been made due to the weather and sea conditions which have been forecast.

Waverley will sail from Swanage (1120) and Ryde (1405) for an afternoon cruise viewing No Man’s Land & Horse Sand Forts, & Sandown Bay.

Please note that Poole passengers will return via inclusive coach connection from Swanage.

Waverley will also offer an evening cruise from Ryde departing at 4:10pm and returning to Ryde at 9:15pm.
